Why Biohack your diet
Exercise, Recovery, and Diet all go hand in hand, especially when it comes to biohacking.
There are five things your diet should do for you.
Provide nutrition.
Feed your brain.
Fuel your body.
Optimize physical performance.
Keep you satisfied.

1. FEED YOUR BRAIN
The whole purpose of the biohack is to feed your brain, as much I love sleep, exercise and food, its all done, on the premise of what i can do to feed and optimize my brain.
2. OPTIMIZE YOUR NUTRITION
We live in a society where we eat calorically dense foods that lack the nutrients to adequately fuel our bodies. A calorie and calorie mindset is terrible if you believe cheetos, in mass amounts are fine, as long as its under your daily caloric intake.
We need real food, and the proper supplements to optimize our nutrition.
3. FUEL YOUR BODY
The purpose of the biohack is to fuel your body, to perform, we want our brains, and bodies, running on the proper fuels at all time. If you put cheap gas in your car, it will run but not for long, and not as efficient.
If we don’t eat properly we don’t recover fast enough, feel sorer longer, and raise our cortisol. Which will only cripple our ability to think and perform.
A lot of men and women, are fatter and weaker than their parents and grandparents were, when they were that age. In some cases men and women are currently weaker then their elderly parents are right now.
It all comes from poor diet, and poor amounts of physical activity.
4. KEEP YOU SATISFIED
You were programmed to eat a certain way based off your culture, and what your local environment offers in terms of fast foods, and groceries.
With the power of the internet, you can learn to optimize and make healthy foods that taste good and fuel you.
Processed foods, are ony gruel and keep you about as alive, as prison food does inmates.
Enter the biohack diet
There are various different forms, of what I consider the biohack diet, its basically, supplementing and ridding your diet of things you don’t need.
A lot of foods, and the derivatives and concoctions they make from those foods make you sick, inflame you and ultimately cause you to become unhealthy.
Things like alcohol and food preservatives. These random exotic weed strains, that are obviously chemically based, and the many other narcotics people will shove into their mouths and bodies.
All cause you to experience a lethargic low energy and lazy feeling. They also cause depression, mood swings, and other diseases.
So what should you eat, well that’s a topic for a different time,
Outside of the diet, we must bio hack other areas of our life, no point in dieting down to a smaller fatter version of yourself.
So in the next few blog post I will give you Ideas as to what you can eat.
