Your gut bacteria is important
Gut bacteria health is everything, when its not functioning properly it is impossible to lose weight.
There is more non-human bacteria, than actual human bacteria, in our entire bodies. Some researchers even speculate that the gut bacteria, and other bacteria in our body may send signals to our brains. These signals may even request certain nutrients such as carbs or sugary food.
Gut bacteria, has a role in digestion, and the production of hormones, that control our appetite.
Its a theory amongst some, that bad bacteria in abundance will send signals to the brain, requesting bad foods.
Meal planning and proper supplements to help are key in this case.
What should I eat
I always recommend taking a digestive enzyme, and a separate probiotic. Some research states, that these supplements, in addition to proper foods, may improve fat metabolism, reduce inflammation, and improve insulin sensitivity.
In terms of foods and beverages, kefir and kombucha are two great drinks.
Yogurt, and fiber rich fruits and veggies are another great source.
Avoid sugary foods, and alcohol as them may trigger bad bacteria.
