Prevent hunger while losing weight

Prevent hunger and lose weight the smart way

What is the best way to prevent hunger and lose weight? The most important thing and best thing you can do for yourself is work with a professional.

Professional athletes work with trainers and dietitians, A licensed and registered dietitian, are not Instagram influencers, looking to sell herbalife and other supplements.

They are someone who actually earned a degree, which allows them work with you and develop a mindset, and more productive environment to lose weight.

A personal trainer who is certified, may be able to do the same, the difference however is dietitians and work with other medical professionals to review blood work and create the ultimate sustainable plan for you. Should you find yourself in a position where you are not losing weight.

Now, be wary of a dietitian who opts to put you on water pills, or other medications trust me, water is not the reason someone is obese.

Load up on high volume foods for snacks and meals

Fruits like berries, grapefruit, etc, are  great low calorie snacks, that are great for filling you up and keeping you full.

Hydration, water and soup

Before we begin lets discuss common myths.

There are no such thing as detox drinks, those are essentially glorified juices. Now depending on the drinks, they may contain antioxidants, and other nutrients, are good for weight loss.

Not that is not to say detox drinks don’t have their place, that fruit infused water works well as a low calorie replacement for juice, and pop.

Canned and bottle tea is not tea, and will not nourish the way real tea would. I will post how to make tea’s and fruit water at a later date.

One of the key ways to prevent hunger is to make sure you’re hydrated.

With soups, you can get a low sodium one, if you are prone to high blood pressure. I cook add in extra protein, and even more veggies like broccoli or spinach to my soups.

For example I add extra chopped chicken or ground beef to chili, I even add spinach to it.

In clam chowder I put in Shrimp, and add in broccoli.

High calorie soups, can serve as meals, especially with the extra veggies, and protein.

Low calorie soups and broths, can be eaten as snacks or prior to meals.

This will ensure you feel full, and prevent hunger.

All in all these are just a few more tips for minimizing your chances of starving or blowing the amount of calories you can eat.
