52 weeks to a stronger mindset is a must read for many reasons. If you’ve read the many book reviews I posted. Then, you will notice one common theme amongst them.

Mindset is everything, how we treat ourselves and think about ourselves and life is important.

We are the sum of our environment, our community, and family. If we are to improve, we have to pay attention to our programming, which comes in the form of many different mediums. From people, to the things we watch and view online and through other various media.

By working with one idea over the course of the week you’ll be able to better cement it into  your mind.

With a positively stronger mindset, you’ll be happier, wealthier, and healthier.

Non-negotiable affirmative thoughts

We must make a solid effort to make certain things non-negotiable.

The way we talk to ourselves and treat ourselves should be non-negotiable.

In psychology they use the term archetypes to refer to the many different sub personalities we have with in ourselves.

Think of an actor like Will Smith, or Denzel Washington.

They play many different characters, but are the same person, they are just acting.

Now the same can be said about us, we may shine in the light of being a spouse and fail at being a business owner.

This may be similar to how we love an actor in one movie and hate them in another.

Archetypes are beyond the scope of this blog post. The idea of archetypes is to pick characters you align with and behave they way they would.

You could also use archetypes to deal with your shadows and things you need to work on. Pertaining to yourself.

The easiest thing you can do to produce immediate changes in your life is to change your thoughts.

Whether we admit it or not we are programmed by everyday life, and the events that occur in our life.

The Tv shows, people we see everyday, and all other forms of communication and media; and even other people’s thoughts and opinions shape our personalities, and what we think.

We can overcome that by creating our own world of thoughts to live by.
